Now that Lalu is gone, what will happen to Indian railways ?

Results are now out and it is confirmed that Lalu Prasad Yadav is out from cabinet. He was the minister in whose tenure Indian Railways turned to profit, after long decades of massive losses.

If the turnaround was indeed Lalu magic, what will be the future of Indian Railways ? Will the new minister be able to maintain the momentum ?
